Upon the Opening of 2026 CAFA Graduation Season

Colors, constitute the most eternal language of visual art. It is unnecessary to repeatedly blend them, and they can present brightness and tension in time and space, forming order and a sense of light. Just like the pointillism technique, tiny dots of color can be perceived by the viewers. Points blend visually in space, converging into light and shadow in the eyes and mind of the audience, transforming into form and spirit.
Colors, contain the most brilliant expressive strength in art creation. Countless colors gather and coexist, with diverse energies converging like youth. They come from different individuals, from various directions, periods, and spaces, like countless scattered dots of color on the canvas. While maintaining their own purity, they jointly form a rich and vivid whole, gathering the warmth of soul and life.
Renewal, rejuvenation, radiance—coexistence of vibrant colors, in an independent yet integrated posture. In the name of art, in an academic way, we intend to awaken the vitality of art, to inspire the creativity of youth. Holding true to our original intention in the age of images, pursuing the essence of visual arts; expanding boundaries in the digital and intelligent era, where cross-disciplinary integration drives innovative creativity.
Co-creation, joint progress, and sharing—the coexistence of vibrant colors, with a firm and cohesive ambition. From solo to symphony, diverse artistic languages converge in the same space, proudly independent yet mutually resonant with each other. The boundaries between different disciplines continuously extend through communication, and individual experiences thereby gain broader and longer resonance. In an atmosphere of harmony, diversity, and inclusiveness, we observe and construct a shared human destiny with the embrace of art.
The Art of Grand Beauty, Harmony in Diversity. We wish and believe that the Class of 2026 will, become the flowing colors on the canvas, accumulate grains into a tower, blend colors into brilliance. In the academic way of Central Academy of Fine Arts, they will continue a century-old commitment to nurturing talent, illuminating the path for our homeland, the people, and the epoch with creation, bringing brilliance to the world.
